Partner Relations Coordinator

Chief Executive Group and CFO Leadership Council seek an enthusiastic Partner Relations Coordinator to join our team! The Partner Relations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team. This person will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives. They should also have the strong leadership skills necessary to complete field and administrative tasks, as well as the communication skills necessary to interact with clients and prospective customers. The Partner Relations Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Director and will report to the Manager of Strategic Partnerships. This is a remote position, but the employee should be able to work in eastern or central time zones. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business Development team to develop a thorough understanding of product offerings to be able to strategically identify prospects and help develop a strategy for outreach
  • Conduct research to produce qualified sales leads
  • Initiate outreach with potential customers via emails and calls to generate interest and set calls
  • Schedule calls with prospective customers and appropriate internal stakeholders for further development and closure
  • Join prospective client calls and assist with follow up
  • Assist in the creation of sponsorship brochures and collateral
  • Develop sales proposals with alignment to clients’ needs and understanding of appropriate and available inventory
  • Develop and send sponsorship contracts; track and manage the annual renewals process
  • Update and manage CRM (Salesforce) data used to maintain a database of current and prospective customers and potential sales opportunities


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 1-2 years in B2B sales/media or marketing experience preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective business writing skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience with Salesforce is desired, but not required
